Artworking Barcodes in Illustrator

In this class, you will learn how to artwork barcodes in Illustrator. We are going to focus on creating a UPC-A barcode and applying it to artwork. This is one of the most common barcode types used within retail.

In this class you will learn how to:

-Generate barcodes via an online barcode generator

-Correctly resize barcodes

-Apply the correct ‘black’ to bacodes to enable them to be read correctly by a scanner

-Prepare the barcode (along with other elements of a swing tag artwork) for print.
